In 2007 Sophos made public its quarterly top of global Link Spam Statistics from April to June 2007 that reveals China and the USA as the top wrongdoers when it comes to countries sending junk e-mail. However, European countries have summed up higher percentage of junk e-mail than the United States do having their 19.6 percent.
